Related activities

Revaluing Construction 2007 – Crossing Boundaries is linked to other international and national activities in both Sweden and Denmark, all aimed at improving construction performance and value. These will both provide input to the conference and be influenced by the debates taking place at the conference.

Internationally Revaluing Construction 2007 – Crossing Boundaries will relate to both the work of the European Construction Technology Platform (ECTP) and to the other activities within the CIB Proactive Theme of Revaluing Construction within CIB. Some of the CIB task groups and working commissions within this theme will meet in conjunction with the conference.

4th October 2007: CIB Co-sponsored conference in Brussels on Integrated Design Solutions (IDS)

5/6th - 8th October 2007: CIB Board and Committee meetings in Copenhagen

11th October 2007: The third meeting of the International Construction Clients Forum (ICCF) in Copenhagen

At the national level, Revaluing Construction 2007 – Crossing Boundaries will support and complement a number of activities related to construction reform in both Sweden and Denmark. It will contribute to current policy agendas and reform programmes including Digital Construction and AlmenNet in Denmark, Competitive Building and the Best Practice Project in Sweden and PART-BYG on partnerships and partnering in the Nordic countries
